Orders, Shipping & Delivery
After placing an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service department and request a cancellation or modification.
First of all, check that you haven’t received this email in your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, don’t panic, contact our customer service department and we’ll help you.
Each order is dispatched within 72 working hours, and delivery takes 12 to 14 days. We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail so that you can follow the progress of your order in real time. You can also track your parcel by going to the track my parcel page.
Standard delivery is free for orders over $50, and $4 for orders under $50.
If your tracking number doesn’t show any information, don’t worry. Tracking information is usually available after 2 to 3 working days, while the carrier updates it.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition and will be inspected upon receipt.
Shipping costs are your responsibility.

⚠️ All returns made after the legal retraction period (7 days from the date of delivery) will not be reimbursed.
Refunds are made upon receipt of the returned item. Please include the returns form in the package.
In the event of an item arriving in unacceptable condition, we will not be able to process the refund and will return the item to you.
We advise you to ask the post office for proof of postage (this is free of charge).
Refunds are made by the same means of payment used to place the order. Refunds take 2 to 14 days.
